A single component water based elastomeric coating based on high solids acrylic resin for waterproofing and protective coating applications. The cured coating seals surface porosity of cementitious substrate and provides an excellent barrier against penetration of water, oxygen, chloride ions, carbon dioxide and other corrosive atmospheric gases into the coated substrate.
