A pre blended mixture of powder additive for addition to cement and water at site to produce a free flow, shrinkage compensated high strength grout for grouting post tensioned cable ducts and fixing of anchors or bolts in concrete or rock.
Grouting of post tensioned cables in building elements, bridge girders, Dams, Water retaining structures, storage silos etc.
Grouting of annular space around steel bars, rods, soil anchors in concrete and rock
Filling of minor gaps around anchor bolts of machinery steel columns and below base plates
Provides a free flow, high strength pumpable grout when mixed with recommended quantity of cement and water at site
No bleeding of grout observed when tested in accordance with BS EN445 (Grout for prestressing tendons)
High workability retention to facilitate pumping in long sections
Shrinkage compensated
Chloride free
Protects embedded post tensioned cables and steel bars against corrosion
Low permeability prevents ingress of corrosive atmospheric gases
