ASAS CCF Technical team visited the site to assess the substrate condition. The surface for this project will have exclusive requirement to resist the aggressive Chemicals which contaminate the waste water. Under these conditions, Sustainability and durability were Pre-requisites.In compliance to QCS 2014 class A requirements, GT Spraycoat PU100 was proposed by ASAS CCF which was approved by the client.
Installation of GT Spraycoat PU100 will provide excellent chemical and water resistance. It is highly resistant to a wide variety of Acid, Alkalis, Salts, Seawater, Sewage and Industrial Chemicals. Weight gain in ASTM D 543 tests is typically < 0.5%. This prevents degradation of the film and allows long term saturated weight gain < 0.86% as per procedure 7.4 (Long Term Immersion)
